I am very passionate about working with people to help them find deeper meaning and fulfillment in their lives. I view therapy as a place where you can feel safe to openly express yourself, which will in turn help you and your relationships improve. My greatest strengths are working with individuals (pre-teen, teens and adults) who are struggling with low self esteem, relationship conflicts, transitions, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideations, and trauma. I have extensive experience in working with children and adolescents with self esteem and body image issues, ADHD, and Aspberger's, as well as adults with trauma histories and relationship issues.
